Sergio Zamboni has crafted a distinguished career within the flavors and fragrance industry. He began his journey as a perfumer assistant, evaluator at Dragoco Perfumes and Flavors (Symrise), where he spent seven years from 1977 to 1984.
Transitioning to Givaudan, a renowned global leader in the sector, Zamboni's tenure spanned 28 years from 1984 to 2012. Throughout this time, he assumed various roles, progressing from Evaluation Supervisor to Vice President of Givaudan Brazil. His responsibilities encompassed key functions such as Evaluator/Development, Marketing, and Sales.
During his international assignment from 1998 to 2006, Zamboni served as Fragrances Manager for Venezuela, Ecuador, and the Caribbean Area. He played a crucial role in solidifying the relationship between Roche Holding and Givaudan's division, while also establishing Givaudan Venezuela post-Roche's spinoff in 2000.
Zamboni's impact within Givaudan LATAM was significant, evident in the expansion of the sales area from inception until 2012. He led pivotal projects including the New Latin American Fragrances Creative Center Project and the Master Plan Brazil 2010-2023.
Concluding his tenure at Givaudan as Vice President of Brazil at the end of 2012, Zamboni showcased his leadership prowess and strategic acumen. In 2013, he embarked on the next phase of his career by founding INSPIRATION, where he currently serves as CEO. Under his leadership, INSPIRATION has expanded its operations to include exclusive distribution of natural raw materials and essential oils in Brazil and Latin America, solidifying Zamboni's position as a prominent and influential figure in the industry.
